We were relocated out of Colorado in 2023 forcing us to sell our home in Erie from 1,200 miles away. On top of that, interest rates were high causing a general lack of demand in the market. During walk-throughs he was on hands and knees checking every part of a home and educating me along the way. His experience provided a unique ability to see a house from the framing to the finished product and provide detailed insight about if a home would be right for me. He has contacts for every other entity (loan, inspection, painters, etc) involved in the process should a client need.
